4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings or promotional rates may be non-refundable.

6. Early Departure
Leaving a property earlier than the booked departure date does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.
Any refund will depend on the applicable booking terms.
7. Property Unavailability
If iSpeedly is unable to provide the booked property due to circumstances within its reasonable control, iSpeedly may offer an alternative arrangement, subject to availability and applicable circumstances.
Where an alternative cannot reasonably be provided, refund arrangements will be considered according to the applicable booking terms and law.
8. Force Majeure
Where cancellation or disruption results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, iSpeedly will work with the affected customer to determine an appropriate solution.
