Become a Host – Service Terms

By submitting a host application to iSpeedly, you acknowledge that submitting an application does not automatically establish a management or rental agreement.
1. Host Application
Applicants may submit information regarding their property through the iSpeedly website or other approved channels.
2. Property Review
iSpeedly may review:

-
Condition
-
Facilities
-
Rental suitability
-
Availability
-
Market suitability
Submitting a property does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Approval
iSpeedly may approve or decline a property application at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.
4. Host Plans
Where iSpeedly offers different host service plans, the applicable services will depend on the plan selected and the terms communicated to the host.
5. No Guaranteed Income
iSpeedly does not guarantee a particular level of bookings, occupancy, revenue or rental income unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Property Information
Hosts must ensure that information supplied to iSpeedly is accurate and current.
7. Marketing
Where included in the applicable service, iSpeedly may market the property through its website and other approved channels.
8. Management Services
Depending on the selected service, iSpeedly may assist with:

Guest communication

Property information

Host support

Other agreed services
9. Fees
Any applicable fees will be communicated separately before services are commenced.
10. Termination
Host service arrangements may be terminated according to the applicable agreement.
