Property Owner & Host Terms

These terms apply to property owners and hosts who work with iSpeedly.
1. Accurate Information
Hosts must provide accurate information about their property, including:

Property address or location

Property type
-
Bedrooms
-
Bathrooms
-
Facilities
-
Furnishings
-
Availability
-
Applicable restrictions
-
Photographs
-
Property condition
2. Authority
The host confirms that they have the legal authority or appropriate permission to offer the property for rental or to appoint iSpeedly to provide relevant services.
3. Property Condition
The property must be reasonably safe, clean and suitable for the services being offered.
4. Legal and Building Requirements
Hosts are responsible for complying with applicable laws, building regulations, management rules, strata requirements and other requirements applicable to their property.
5. Availability
Hosts must provide accurate availability information and promptly inform iSpeedly of changes.
6. Guest Access
Hosts must ensure that agreed access arrangements can be provided to approved guests.
7. Property Changes
Hosts should notify iSpeedly of significant changes to:

Facilities

Access

Availability

Property condition

Rental restrictions
8. Communication
Hosts should respond reasonably promptly to requests from iSpeedly relating to property management and guest matters.
9. Damage
Where appropriate, iSpeedly may assist with communication relating to guest-caused damage.
10. Host Payments and Fees
Any applicable management fees, commissions, service fees or other charges will be governed by the separate commercial arrangement between iSpeedly and the host.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a host relationship according to the applicable host agreement.
