Mileage Policy

  • 1–6 days: Up to 400km per day, calculated on an accumulated basis.
  • 7 days or more: Unlimited mileage.
  • Small, Economy, Compact, Standard SUV and 7-seaters: RM0.50 per excess kilometre.
  • Premium and Luxury vehicles: RM1.00 per excess kilometre.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required after ISPEEDLY approves the booking request.
  • The amount depends on the vehicle, rental duration and selected services.
  • Traffic violations, missing fuel or vehicle damage may result in deductions.
  • The remaining refundable balance is processed after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

  • 48+ hours before rental: Full refund.
  • Within 48 hours: 50% cancellation charge may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours before rental: No refund.
  • No-shows are not refundable.
