Fuel Policy

Mileage Policy
- 1–6 days: Up to 400km per day, calculated on an accumulated basis.
- 7 days or more: Unlimited mileage.
- Small, Economy, Compact, Standard SUV and 7-seaters: RM0.50 per excess kilometre.
- Premium and Luxury vehicles: RM1.00 per excess kilometre.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required after ISPEEDLY approves the booking request.
- The amount depends on the vehicle, rental duration and selected services.
- Traffic violations, missing fuel or vehicle damage may result in deductions.
- The remaining refundable balance is processed after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before rental: Full refund.
- Within 48 hours: 50% cancellation charge may apply.
- Less than 24 hours before rental: No refund.
- No-shows are not refundable.
