A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rental is required to confirm your reservation.
The security deposit will be refunded within 1–3 business days following check-out, subject to property inspection and settlement of any outstanding utility charges or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of RM70 applies to every reservation. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been confirmed, cancellations or early termination are not permitted.
Failure to comply with the property's terms, house rules, or applicable regulations may result in immediate termination of the tenancy without refund.
